Payment

Engelfødder accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

Engelfødder encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Delivery

Engelfødder tries to ensure that orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are not shipped until the following day.

Engelfødder ensures delivery with Bring, DAO, Postnord or GLS (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. If there are delays with the shipping company, this will accordingly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. Engelfødder cannot be held responsible for delays with the shipping companies. In the event of very delayed (several days) or outright non-delivery, Engelfødder will of course send a new delivery.

Right of complaint

Engelfødder grants a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about errors and defects that should be discovered during normal examination of the product must be notified to Engelfødder within a reasonable time. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, credit. In connection with warranty cases, Engelfødder will bear return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returns are also made to this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or delivering the item to us in person. This is not a requirement, but processing is facilitated if sufficient information accompanies the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which the refund can be made, a copy of any previous correspondence, etc.

Refund

In the case of agreed-upon discounts, returned goods or prepaid goods that are cancelled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made to the payment method from which the payment was made.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to return the goods, calculated from the day they are received, then 14 days to send them back. If you choose to cancel a purchase, you simply have to return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received them. Once the goods have been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself.

The consumer can cancel a purchase even if the item has been used. An item is only used if it is used beyond what is possible by trying the item out in a physical store. If the item is used, a specific assessment is made of what the item can be sold for as a used item to another consumer.
